My Practice Leaders offers a range of workshops focused on business owner development, leadership performance, preventing burnout, building emotional resilience, fostering positive work-life integration, and cultivating strong workplace cultures and wellness. We address the psychological underpinnings of success in these areas.

“Who are these workshops designed for?”

Our workshops are designed for a diverse audience, including solo entrepreneurs, small business owners, corporate executives, new and experienced managers, seasoned leaders, and their employees. If you’re looking to enhance leadership skills, improve team dynamics, or foster a healthier, more productive work environment, our workshops are for you.

“What makes My Practice Leaders’ workshops different?”

Our workshops stand out because we integrate the psychology behind great leadership and business success. We emphasise practical application, ensuring you can implement what you learn immediately. “What are the typical formats and durations of your workshops?”

We offer flexible options, including 1-hour, full-day, and multi-day sessions to fit different needs. These can be delivered online, in-person, or in a hybrid model. We also offer programs for groups, either as a series or single workshops. These can be for leadership teams only or for all employees.

“What is a leadership workshop?”

Our Leadership Workshop’s use evidence-based methods to improve, support and enhance individual and organisational wellbeing, performance and productivity. Every workshop is created by Jonathan Riley, on a range of specific topics, which are carefully tailored to include proven strategies and activities that motivate and engage your team members. All workshops and seminars include professionally designed learning materials and presentations that are visually appealing and interesting, and a whole lot better than a boring PowerPoint. 

“What’s the difference between a workshop and a seminar?”

Workshops are 2 or more hours in length and include time for discussion, activities and interaction with the facilitator. Participants also get the opportunity to ask more questions and explore examples that are relevant to them. All 2+ hour workshops come with beautifully designed 32-40 page participant booklets that include key learnings, activities and additional materials. Seminars are 1 hour in length and more condensed with less detail. They are suitable for organisations who might not have the opportunity to block out 2 hours for a workshop. Seminars come with resources outlining key points from the session.

Yes, absolutely. We specialise in customising workshops to suit your business’s unique challenges, goals, and concerns. We’ll work with you to tailor the content and delivery for maximum impact.

“What do I get when booking a workshop?”

Our aim is to make things as easy and enjoyable for you and your team. In addition to beautifully designed presentation materials, workshop materials and an emotionally engaging facilitator who will get your team talking, we’ll also provide you with a custom calendar appointment and graphically designed poster you can share digitally or print out to promote your upcoming workshop. If you’re booking a virtual workshop, we’ll also set up the workshop link on Zoom or MS Teams, and give you the option of recording your workshop for $599 with unlimited use. For face-to-face workshops, your investment includes travel, set-up, pack-down and facilitation at your workplace or chosen venue. We’ll also provide all printed materials for each participant to keep.

“How can I get the most out of therapy?”

Yes, all our workshops include a dedicated workbook for each session to guide your learning and application. We also offer optional ongoing 1-on-1 consulting and coaching for continued support and development post-workshop.
