Your Exhaustion Level
Count your YES responses:
0 to 3 YES responses: Low Exhaustion
You’re managing your energy reasonably well. Continue monitoring your wellbeing and maintain healthy boundaries.
4 to 7 YES responses: Moderate Exhaustion
You’re showing clear signs of exhaustion. It’s time to make adjustments to your schedule, delegate tasks, and prioritize recovery.
8 to 11 YES responses: High Exhaustion
You’re experiencing significant exhaustion that is likely affecting your performance and health. Immediate changes are needed, including seeking support and taking time off.
12 to 15 YES responses: Critical Exhaustion
You’re at severe risk of burnout. Please consult with a healthcare provider and consider taking extended time away to recover. Your health must come first.
